Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information EntryPoint Security collects through entrypointsecurity.net and how we use it.

Information you send us

When you use our contact form we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, property ZIP code, and, if you choose to provide them, your company or building name, property address, email address, the service you need, its urgency, and your message.

We use this information to respond to your request, schedule work, prepare quotes, and keep records of our jobs. If you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us.

Form processing

Our contact form is processed by Formspree, Inc., which receives your submission and delivers it to us by email. Formspree handles it on our behalf as a service provider. Our website is hosted by Vercel, Inc., which processes standard technical information such as IP addresses to serve the site.

Text messages

If you text us or opt in to receive texts, we collect your mobile number and the messages you send so we can respond to service requests. Our texting is provided through CallRail, Inc. as our service provider. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed and which links are clicked. We use Google Tag Manager to manage these measurement tools.

We advertise with Google Ads. To measure whether our ads lead to inquiries, we record conversions such as form submissions and clicks on our phone number. When you submit our form, we may use Google Ads enhanced conversions: your email address and phone number are hashed (converted into a coded form) in your browser before being sent to Google, which uses them to match the inquiry to ad interactions. Google does not receive them in readable form from us.

We may also use OpenAI's advertising measurement tag to measure the results of ads we run with OpenAI.

When you arrive from an ad, we may store the ad click identifier (such as a Google click ID) and campaign details from the link, and include them with your form submission. This lets us connect an inquiry to the ad that led to it, including when we report completed sales to Google Ads.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<ID> to distinguish visitors and sessions. Google Ads sets cookies beginning with _gcl_ (for example _gcl_aw and _gcl_au) to attribute visits and conversions to ad clicks. We set a first-party cookie named ep_attribution, which stores ad click identifiers and campaign parameters from the link you arrived on for up to 90 days. OpenAI's advertising tag may set its own cookies.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com.

To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email us.
